These guys still crank out the odd small club gig on request. Mainly in Europe. Don't tour though.
This was probably the most played track I would hear along the northern beaches as a teen. Still hear it occasionally blasting out of kombi's and butterboxes in beach car parks.

The chorus of this song (0:40) reminds me of an 80s/90s pop song and not knowing is driving me mental

Talking To A Stranger - Hunters & Collectors

Always a little disappointing when a bands best song is their debut single.

Almost like the work of a different band, even to the mid 80s say goodbye era stuff (which I still like)

This.

One of those bands/albums that's not even known, let alone appreciated, outside of a couple of music websites where it is held in really high regard. But it's one of my favourite ever albums. I'm sure everyone has them but for me this is one of those bands you just want people to listen to and admire, I guess. Really interesting, almost beautiful, but melancholic, post-rock inspired indie-type stuff with stunning lyricism.
