Had a re listen to this album. Back in the day this was it! This song was one complete side of the album. Unheard of back then. Still does it for me!

The keyboard riff on this little ditty is fit for a chariot race, and the screeching guitar adds some emotion, which prevents the intro from sounding too clinical. The song then breaks down into a confessional ballad, with John Wetton's vocals adding some bombast. Said bombast makes the chorus even more memorable and epic. If you want to execute a pop-rock song with some prog elements, you can't go wrong with this approach:

Maybe nostalgic reasons why I like this group as they have a kind of late 1970s early 1980's post punk feel (maybe even a nod with their latest album cover to the 1st Slits album).

Love the sax from about 2 min in. Something of Pink Floyd's "Money" sax in the sound.
