Regardless of 2022 I'm excited for next season. The club having to be made accountable. I'm excited because it's pretty much going to be make or break season for most of the list. There is no more hiding for the club. No more excuses. Going into last season we came off the back of a successful period and then Covid hit giving the club a excuse for poor performance throughout. We remained relative hidden from media attention throughout most the season part given the state of affairs. Some might of let us off the hook with Covid running through the club through the most part.
2023 is kind of a breath of fresh air for the club. New faces and a new era is upon us. There's a lot of doubt but the one positive for me will be that careers are well and truly on the line now. Media attention is going to be right on the club.
All players are right now on notice. Either perform in 2023 or likely face the sack should be the motto. Doubt there will be anymore second chances after 2022. The credits are up including Nisbetts and Simmo. I could go through our entire list. This is going to be a important season coming up that will be career defining for most of the club. It's either going to be redemption or it will be the turning of a new era.
If players right now are not doing there all to get in the best shape possible then they will be no chance of surviving 2023.
I expect come December when players return for pre season training to come out extremely fit. They know this time it's make or break for the lot of them.
