    What I call my "Chinese Jerk Chicken". A kind of mutant Asian version of jerk/sticky chicken.

    Soy sauce, fish sauce, fivespice, ginger, garlic, chilli, sambal oleak, lime juice, salt/pepper. Stir fry 5 minutes, serve with rice, and pour the leftover juices over mixed greens for a "jerk salad". :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

    Chicken thighs on the weber q with multiple veg. Steamed beans and carrots, roast potatoes pumpkin and cauliflower. had a Cooper's pale.

    Orange Prawn Salad... one sliced orange then fried each slice 3 min each side until caramelized, one squeezed orange for the juice, some honey, a bit of salt, cook prawns, mix everything in a salad bowl with pieces of Romaine lettuce... sweet but surprisingly good, first time making it
