Got some sausages and puff pastry and made homemade sausage rolls.

What I call my "Chinese Jerk Chicken". A kind of mutant Asian version of jerk/sticky chicken.
Soy sauce, fish sauce, fivespice, ginger, garlic, chilli, sambal oleak, lime juice, salt/pepper. Stir fry 5 minutes, serve with rice, and pour the leftover juices over mixed greens for a "jerk salad".

Chicken thighs on the weber q with multiple veg. Steamed beans and carrots, roast potatoes pumpkin and cauliflower. had a Cooper's pale.

Orange Prawn Salad... one sliced orange then fried each slice 3 min each side until caramelized, one squeezed orange for the juice, some honey, a bit of salt, cook prawns, mix everything in a salad bowl with pieces of Romaine lettuce... sweet but surprisingly good, first time making it
Pork bolognese with extra capsicum, bacon and zucchini last night.
Steak with "anchovy butter" (butter, anchovies, garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice), rice, scallop potatoes and salad.
