Another pizza I know but the tomatoes at the market were so awesome I had to.
A whole bunch of Aussie garlic, EVO and parsley from the garden on this.
I have been messing with pizza dough a bit and have found that letting the dough slowly proof in the fridge in a Tupperware container for 2-3 days makes a really well flavoured and complex dough.
Sure isLooks great! Nothing beats fresh pasta, the texture alone is worth the effort.
