Ive got a big brisket in the freezer
I will decide whether it gets a low and slow in the Komado or it becomes part of a chilli con carne,I will see how I feel when I get up to it in a few weeks
Either way it will be a win

Im in love with it

Easy to light, uses very little fuel, you just relight whats left for the next cook,makes virtually no ash,easy to control the temp.
Great results


Got it for a bit under $500 on super speacial at Bunnings too which makes it even better

Brisket with Mac n cheese and potato gems today....(cbfd doing proper veg)

Delicious, it fell apart and didn't need a knife.

Been doing so many meats over the spit and smoking meats since 'isolation'
