I had a slice of toast, put some salami on it and some gherkins and cheddar cheese and grilled it

I had a post workout meal. So protein bar, some salad with a peice of turkey, a banana and a glass of Milo.

Regular KFC chips, extra salt. On the road and don't like to stop for long. It was meant to be large but that's another story.
