My first thoughts are Gresham back to being a fwd and turning into one of the best small fwds in the game.

Sincs to be starting midfielder resting on the back flank.

He's a good mid, maybe top 20 on his best day. He could be the #1 small fwd in the competition though.

Lead most of our midfield stats so can't see us moving him out except for chop outs.

He will expect complete buy in. Assuming he gets it, finals next year and a big list improvement after season 2023 with players wanting to come the saints to play under Ross.

Additionally Ross is good at playing footy chess, he is willing to adapt his strategy according to what the opposition does to counter his. He has more strings to his bow than Ratts had.

I don’t think Ross will go much on him being forward of the contest all the time and not being able to hit a target inside 50. I think some small forward depth will be added via the draft and dfa’s.

I think Ross will put the hard word on Brad Hill. Ross knows Brad can do better than what he's shown at the Saints so far.
Ross will also look for leadership in the team and about ******* time.
