What is it that YOU want to see at Collingwood next year to be specific?

For me, I would personally love to see a youngster dominating the backline for some reassurance on the future in the back and Didak in the middle getting his lazy 30 possessions a game with half being delivered straight to a leading Tarrant who will do what he did in '02 (Lead the competition in marks)

But more seriously, I hope we can find a close enough replacement young midfielder for Bucks..

What are YOUR thoughts and what would you all like to see..?

I would like to see Josh Fraser and Alan Didak both stamp there authority on the game more often. I know both had shocking years from injuries this year, but it's time for both to have huge seasons at the club.

I wouldn't mind seeing Anthony Rocca on the park more often at his very best either.

Tarrant playing on the wing, Travis Cloke taking huge pack marks at FF with Pebbles at CHF. Rusling in the pocket. Didak, Davis, Fraser, Lonie and O'Bree having huge years. Buckley going forward to kick a tonne of goals. Oh and 22 premiership medallions. ;)

Actually that would be interesting, I would LOVE to see the likes of Shane O'Bree, Leon Davis and Ryan Lonie having BIG years to quiet the critics up on them, especially S O'Bree, this guy has copped so much, if he can have a big year like the year he would get a few 35+ possies on a consistent occasion it would really help Collingwood deal with its midfield woes.. its interesting to see if he is still capable, no one can say he will or won't, hes not an old body and he still has SOME potential if he gets the most out of it, i don't love the guy or hate him, but i would love to see him have a big year next year, 1, for himself, and 2, for Collingwood.. :thumbsu:

I can only dream

I would like to see tarrant up the ground on a flank or wing, Pebs to sit in the goalsquare and use his strength. Buckley to be rotated between the pocket and the midfield. Would like to see Guy richards doing most of the ruck work freeing up big Frase to go forward. Also (pick 5 - Hurn/Jones) to go in getting the hard ball and dishing it out to Lica and Holland. Another idea which should at least be tested is sending the big T-Clo down back, maybe CHB.

Any thoughts?

I wanna see military like discipline from within the ranks.

Leon Davis actually working on his cardio, Johnno looking after himself, Lonie going hard at the footy even in the VFL, Didak using his agression appropriately etc.

Some uninjured players would also be a nice thing to see!

See Tarrant back to his 2003 All-Australian Form
See Josh Fraser play more than 18 games for the season
Not exactly make the finals, but show improvement on the ladder.

If this happens next year, i would put some doe on Collingwood for the '06 Premiership.. the great thing is that all that ^^^ is possible next year :thumbsu:

First of all we will never replace Nathan Buckley...probably never will!!!

Second: Tazza fit and back to his 2003 form where he was ontop and dominating.

Third: Lonie, obree, johnson, didak take that next step

fourth: Harry Obrian lifted off the rookie list and make a name for himself in our backline.

I dont see it as unrealistic to finish in the bottom half of the 8 in 2006 :D

The pies win the premiership for starters.
Rhyce Shaw to make a solid comeback and win the copeland.
Didak to become elite.
Buckley to stamp his authority on the forward line.
The rucks to stay injury free.
Rowe to have a massive pre-season and a solid, consistent '06.

I want to see the coaching staff leave Ryan Lonie on the half back flank and let him rebound and kick those magnificent 50m left footers on to the chest of Tarrant and Rocca. Leave the poor bloke in one position and he will earn his spot every week.

Must agree, but you got one thing wrong..
Ryan Lonie from 50, even 55 out wouldn't go to anyones chest, it would go straight through the big sticks at goal post height and thats something Collingwood needs so as you have said, let him do what he does best..

i want to see us make the correct draft choices so we can add another group of talented young kids to last years group instead of wasting them as in past years.

A finish between 6th-8th. A building block for a shot at the top 4/flag in 2007.

Also Bucks to play in the midfield (star) and for Rocca to reach his best once more.
