Just wondering, what ever happened to Brent Heaver ? Anyone know if he is till playing or not? He was a mad gambler if my memory is right

You're right, he was coaching a DVFL side, but it was Northcote Park Cougars. He was influential in one of their 4-in-a-row flags. Don't where he is now but would be interested to find out. Not a bad player in his day.

When I was living in the ACT, he was captain coach of Ainslie.

Now Brett Knowles is coach but it mentions that Heaver is/was still playing there (as at 2004).

i'm sure Brent kicked the Powers first ever goal in the AFL. On a SEN question they gave the answer as Shane Bryuer. Can anyone clear this up.

I think he recently got married.
Think he met his wife in the TAB.
I think him and Lance would get on very well

Heaver had really short forearms. He looked kind of funny.

He played for Ainslie last year up in the ACT AFL. He didn't really do much. Belconnen still ran all over him and his money grubbing mercenary lot to win the flag again.
Was still my favourite player when at the Blues though.
He's lost about 5 yards in pace and gained about 10 kgs in lovehandles since his AFL days though.
