Just on the Melbourne 2000 grand final jumper, both essendon and Geelong wore fila apparel that year and our collar is different to the one shown in pic. Did Melbourne have a different design?

Just found 2 different 1s on google when searching melbourne 2000 grand final it looks the same as my one.

U got me thinking are heres what i came up with
Both essendon n melb were sponsored by fila in 2000 yeah?
So what im thinking is these jumpers would have not been made at the start of the year. More like a week or even 2 before the grand final. By this time they changed collars for 2001? And 2000 grand final jumpers had 2001 collar?
Only thing i can come up with.

the one that sold was mine that i gave for a day at the show.
the one that may be on there now is not mine. its my mates mrs selling one for him. so ive got 2 left #3 #13 and paid $50 for both off him.
You came on here saying you had bought this "player issue" Gary Ablett Geelong guernsey

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/160650101378#ht_1090wt_1164

It was bought by pink_pwincess18 ( 750 )

Who sold this top on eBay:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/36039718...AX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1179

Same seller is now selling an identical top.

As Chris_who said...full of holes.

This kind of stuff must stop. This is a place to discuss footy graphics and jumpers in a mature manner. Going off too much in tangents, making things too personal, it will wreck the threads it happens in. Just keep your noses directed in relevant content please.

If you're having issues with any posters, please PM them and discuss your problems between each other privately and try to sort it out maturely and good-naturedly. If that fails PM me or Doctor and tell us who it is that's disrupting your ability to post on the board and we'll have a word with them.

It's not so much one person in the wrong, but collectively people responding back and forth to something that will take threads off course and it degenerates into personal stuff people don't want to read.

Sorry Bradles,

Anyway, I was looking at my Ben Cousins Brownlow frame thing last night and noticed something that I thought was quite peculiar. He is shown wearing an away jumper at home with SGIO on the front, and a home jumper at the MCG with hungry Jacks on the front. Were these just two unusual cases that happened to be used in the picture, or a regular occurrence back in '05???

Probabaly because they didn't have a clash guernsey back then so they just alternated their guernseys at times instead. Because they had the home/away sponsorship agreement they would have had to print jumpers with sponsors in this way for when they were used like this.

They wore the home guernsey with the HJs logo once that year when they played north Melbourne at manuka in Canberra and they away guernsey was wore a couple of times at home because the away team clashed with the eagles so they decided to wear the royal. The sponsors changed on each guernsey because the agreement was to have sgio for home games and HJs for away
