What happened with Matera Free Kick

On the net radio they said Matera wasn't awarded a blatant free kick right in front of goal with about 30 seconds to go.

I thought it was an extremely good decision by the umpire to pay holding against Matera.

I couldn't say that about the the rest of the match. The umpiring was shocking for both sides.
