Mal Michael - From Collingwood to Brisbane Lions

Jarrod Molloy - From Brisbane Lions to Collingwood

It was only a matter of time before Rohan made this thread, so I thought I'd beat him to it!

I thought it was a good trade. In view of the fact Molloy has had his injury worries, and Michael has two premiership medallions, I think you'd have to go for Michael as the most successful to this point.

I second that!

Going on the logic of you guys above, Aaron Shattock had a better year than Luke Darcy cos he won a premiership medallion.

Jarrod Molloy came runner up in our BnF last year..and was injured all this season - so it is hard to gauge.
Individual performance versus team performance are two seperate things.

Collingwood got s****ed, however they were in a no win position with Michael. Brad Oborne, Chris Tarrant and Michael all had a problem with Buckley. The Collingwood solution was de-list Oborne and trade Michael. The thought process being that if they were seperated the trouble would stop, that seemed to be the case, but after Tarrant and Buckleys recent outburst after the grand final what will be Tarrants fate. By the way in my opinion Buckley is an arseh*le.

No votes for Collingwood. That's surprising. You haven't voted yet Rohan? I thought you loved polls, especially ones involving Collingwood!
