Yep only last night I couldn't get to sleep due to the parlous state of our "floggers".

The "flogger" is a bloody heavy bastard when it's wet.
The handles used to be of wood, but, because of splinters, they then created fibreglass handles with cricket grips around them.
The actual material used in the flogger itself as has been mentioned went from crepe paper to plastic some time ago...it's mainly shredded up garbage bags.
Unfortunately, the move to moving signage has seen become virtually null and void. You can't use them to attempt to put an opposing player shooting for goal with them now
