What is Going on with Port Power ????

Can you please expain to me why do you hear everyone talking about Port Adelaide, I did not think they ranked a mention in the AFL as they are a SANFL team. The team that is playing AFL is Port Power a totally different team altogether, don't you think so?? Its about time these commentators and people who make message boards woke up.
Or is that port Power and Port Adelaide are swapping around one playing one week and the other the next. Im confused what do you think??
