A "hat-trick" seems inappropriate, as that term is mainly used with reference to cricket, but also it indicates something of which one should be proud.

A "Carlton" of wooden spoons? Clearly that would be a contender.

Another Richmond fan starting a thread about Carlton. You have more of a chance of winning the spoon than we do.
