It's being looked at, and i think you'll find Carey booked on video evidence.

You have to admit though, Dunkley is as soft as they come. I've thought this ever since he decked Hird in "that" preliminary final back in 1996, whilst he had him pinned to the ground!

Relax Dave....the Roos fans are only sticking up for the club and players. We've spent so much time defending our club (how many threads have there been predicting the death of our club on bigfooty?) and especially Wayne Carey (the usual crap about his attitude and off-field incidents) that you can hardly blame us for taking up a fanatical defence (whether right or wrong, consistent or inconsitent) of our club.

And yeah, a few of us have taken shots at Essendon, but hell, each to their own, stick up for your own club, and any team that's as good as your's (or as North have been from '93 to '99) will cop it from all quarters. Take any abuse as a backhanded compliment. Better to be hated and successful that to be loved by others for being a failure.

No worries, Shins, I quite understand where you're coming from. I was thinking the other day after wading through piles of manure on the main board in search of something worthwhile to read that this must be what it's been like for you blokes for the past few years. The amount of BS is incredible.

And I don't blame anyone for sticking up for their club (rightly or wrongly), I just find it slightly incongrous that certain people have a go at you for sticking up for yours when they do the same! Michelle!

Anyway, good luck against the catters this week, when you're down there's only one way to go!

They paid a 50 m penalty for Carey's incident which I believe led to an easy Sydney goal. Any further action was and is probably unnecessary.

It's funny about the main board....I find the more interesting topics and the more interesting discussion happens on the club boards. I think with the main board, there's always someone who's willing to take a cheap shot and then it's on for one and all.

Shins, I'd have to agree with you there! The club boards seem to have less of the crap in them, I would suspect because it's easier for the shit stirrers to find stuff on the main one. Must be a little too hard to go looking through 16 boards if you aren't really interested!
