As a researcher who works in Indigenous health education I know the club need to and hope they do approach this issue carefully and respectfully.

Sharing of Knowledges and work for many Indigenous peoples is something that is fraught with many considerations (this is something I have had to approach carefully personally when engaging Indigenous people in research). This includes having been exploited in the past by white fellas and not having knowledge and/or ownership acknowledged appropriately (especially by white fella researchers like me), but also the fact that some things in many Indigenous cultures are not meant to be shared with others (this obviously doesn't include the jumper in this case else they wouldn't have developed it, but may include the rights to it).

I hope they work it out, and perhaps it is a future lesson to establish an understanding that is clear in the perspective of both parties very carefully at the outset (I'm not saying the club didn't do this, but two way communication and listening to people is very much needed in these contexts, and can help to avoid the situation we are now in).
Gordon was on 774 Monday and said it was the standard AFL templated contract that gives over the IP rights of the design. He also said that he re-wrote the contract that morning in easier to read language not lawyer speak. Peter said much the same as what you posted that the AFL needs to approach this differently.

Was mentioned it'd be fortnightly. Was also mentioned he'd head away for a few weeks. Probably away atm hence not being on.

Simon Beasley coming on Winners Rebooted after 360
How good do our 1980s/1990s jumpers look? I grew up with that blue, red stripe with white borders jumper in the 90s, so I guess I have a soft spot for it.

Love our current jumper, but I wouldn't have been disappointed if we had have gone back to the 80s/90s version.

It's good to see us on The Winners. I know our wins were few and far between in the late 70s and particularly the early 80s, but the focus was clearly on the big clubs.

Geelong under fire for in the Hun goal kicking, but we're not far behind them...

We're 2nd in the league for shots at goal differential, but 14th for accuracy, ahead only of the bottom three and Carlton.
And this is with one of the most accurate goal kickers in recorded history in our side, doesn't say much for the others.

Matt Boyd on sen this morning. Nothing too exciting, just that Tim Watson insinuated that we over handball and Boyd shut that down pretty quickly that he views it as one of our strengths. He also said that we need to improve on our ball movement.
Congrats to boydy reaching 300 games. Absolute work horse and carried this team through some high and dark times. Epitomises what the bulldogs are as a club. Coming off the rookie list and busting an ass to be at the top.

Tim Watson should just retire. Anything that comes out of his mouth is just garbage

Sounded pissed? So, just a typical afternoon/evening for him then.

I do like his long pauses on 360 followed by the ums and ahs, I can almost hear the cogs cranking over in his head.

just consuming some classic dog's highlights thanks to sackofballs and i came across some cracking Basil Zempilas stupidity. 1st Redpath goal v Melbourne as he walks in "he's just got the 3 goals this year, this is his second game of the year.. and he nails it". Then a minute later Redpath is lining up for goal and Baz calls it "he's just got the one goal for the season before today" ..... FUARK, how dumb is this guy? seriously he's like Brick Tamland
