1. Lovett in the ANZAC day game, and his continued improvement as the season went on.

2. The St Kilda and Geelong victories. Both considered far superior to us, but we exposed them for pace and ran out with gutsy wins.

3. The emergence of all our other youngsters. Players like Stanton, Bradley and co. all improved and will be better for all the experience.

4. Courtney Johns actually playing a game at senior level!

my highlight was definately monfries game against thw weagles, he showed courage, determination, and also good movement of the footy. also i like the developement of guys like stants, dys, lovett. good signs. hopefully next years highlights will be way more contested.

Four wins is hardly an ownership young fella and it pales into insignificance when you look at the six pantsings we have you previous to that.

Ownership is what Essendon has over Hawthorn and Collingwood. You've got a long way until you own us and getting the Essendon flavoured chip off the shoulders of all Kangaroos FC fans, players and staff is a good start.

I suggest the next time that you feel an urge to embarrass yourself and bore others, that you summon all your might, and resist.
