If it's something he can't handle or fix he isn't the right man to be leading the club. I've seen too many players up and leave, yes we have recruited good young replacement for the first time in the past two years but I do fear Buckleys ability to keep a strong list together once it's built.

Saying he was inconsistent is too simplistic. Inconsistency wasn't the issue. The issue is that he plain and simple has low football intelligence. He has the athleticism and skill to be a star but the brain just doesn't match those abilities. Poor decision maker and bad spatial awareness.
Will miss his hair dos. A consistently strong performer in the hair style department. Rarely disappointed.

I had dreadlocks for nine years that were half way down my back in the end.I'm interested to know your thoughts on man buns and top knots.
Are they hard to manage?I had dreadlocks for nine years that were half way down my back in the end.
it's better if you try to manage it for the first few year's. It all Depends if you have thick curly African American type hair is best to have as it's really easy to manage than others who have thinner type hair. Are they hard to manage?
CAUSE FAMILY HISTORY, COLLINGWOOD LEGEND.I don't know why everyone just can't see he had little football talent?

When he played in the 2s, so many times the right option was either a handball or a short pass but Seed nearly always decided to go with a huge raking kick....either to no one, a contest or worse, straight to opposition.
Agree VP - but I think the club was keen to have his skill set in the team and I guessed they hoped he would just click. He didn't.Interesting point that you make. Of all the players who are fringe, and move between the VFL and seniors, I was often surprised when Seedsman got a call up. He played some ordinary games in the twos (infamously late in 2015, when his card was obviously marked), but was still rewarded with a seniors game. Others, notably Marsh, had to wait and wait for a chance.

Because all our running half backs were injured, whereas Marsh had to wait until Frost dropped form before he got a game.Interesting point that you make. I totally agree with your view that his defensive game was lacking meaning that opposition sides could target his area knowing that their hard gut running winger would just outwork him thereby putting immediate pressure on our backs. A team that prides itself on no easy entries into the opposition's fifty cannot afford to have a player not prepared to work without the ball. He may go well at Adelaide if Adelaide are able to harness his positives and minimize the impact of his negatives - either way I think we have a better list in 2016 than we had at this time last year.Dont think he worked hard enough when he didnt have the ball. Not sure in itself its a reason for him to leave but que sera sera
