LIfted this from WEagles board:

Quote:

“We’ve tried plenty of things at Hawthorn that have been terrible failures,” Clarkson said at the AFL Coaches Association awards on Tuesday night.
“Strangely enough, this Weagles Web that’s being used at the minute by the West Coast Eagles, we trialled it about five or six years ago against Port Adelaide. First quarter, Port Adelaide were 7.3 (45) to Hawthorn one goal. We abandoned it at quarter time, drastic failure."

So the last three premierships were not based on the web we use."

I'm just wondering, have we been trying to use the Weagles Web?

Sorry to break it to you. But Tarkyn Lockyer and Alan Didak retired years ago. Haven't had a competent set shot forward since.

Umm....

Goals to Behind ratio:
Tarkyn Lockyer 61.8%
Alan Didak 62.55%

Darcy Moore 74.19%
Alex Fasolo 63.13%
Jamie Elliot 66.67%
Tim Broomhead 67.85%

The issue is getting continuity of games and the kids on the park consistently, goal kicking is fine when they are there
