I think we need to boost our identity, our Carlton identity. We are labouring in the front office profile stakes. We portray as insipid off the field. Jack Elliott wouldn’t tolerate this.
Bring back Ratts as HC. Bolts has done a fair job, but he doesn’t move the fear needle. Ratts was doing solid before he was thrown to the wolves. Bring back Sticks into a more high profile spot - was a great focal point when in charge. Install Judd into the top spot if need be - he’s happy to speak out and put the club first. He’s very high profile and respected right now.
