Jim & Andy The Great Beyond;

Being a young buck I didn't a clue who Andy Kaufman was. Never saw Man on the Moon.

This blew me away and was utterly unbelievable.
Is Jim Carry a genius? Insane? A bit of both?

8/10 enjoyed this, completely unexpectedly.

Jungle - Daniel Radcliffe, Thomas Kreitsc....hammer? Hes german, hes the german guy from everything.

True story of a young jewish man (Yossi Ghinsberg) doing some hiking in Bolivia who is convinced to go searching for some gold in the jungle with his mates. Without spoiling any more its a good performance by Radcliffe (if he could learn to stick with one accent it would help a lot) and a pretty harrowing tale that's translated to a goo (not great film). Some pretty nasty stuff if your squeamish but worth a look. 7/10

Thor: BONGDYBOOK
Well executed drivel. Minutes felt like hours. Was bored until NZ people arrived. Plot was crap. Valkyrie chick was a bit cute and I was hoping she'd end up rooting Hulk so that was also disappointing. 5/10

Justice League - Went into this a little skeptical with some critics giving a bit of a pasting but I felt it wasn't too bad for an over the top comic book movie.
There was plenty of laughs especially where Wonder Woman's lasso of truth was concerned. One thing I liked compared to Avengers was the non super powered characters (Batman and Flash, he may be fast but he's still flesh and blood) didn't go toe to toe with much stronger characters where Black Widow and Hawkeye I felt were portrayed as a bit more than they were or survive Hulk on the air craft carrier which is just silly. 8/10

Daddy's Home 2.

A comedy that failed to make me laugh except for the moments I was laughing at it and one part at the end... which didn't feature any of the main cast.

Will Farrell had some hits (Anchorman, Step Brothers) but has missed alot lately, though the first Daddy's Home was solid, this wasn't necessary and it was funny - it was also incredibly awkward at times. It's very few amusing moments come from the kids, rather than the adults.

Starting to hate Mel Gibson for putting his name to such shit on a consistent basis. Mel goes from doing great stuff like Blood Father (which might not be the best movie, but he's ******* amazing in it) to shit like this that doesn't deserve him. John Lithgow is far too much in this and Mark Wahlberg is another fine actor who consistently putting his name to trash lately (Transformers)

I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Once Upon A Time In Venice - I... I don't even know where to start, this bizarre set up had Bruce Willis, Jason Momoa, Jessica Gomes, John Goodman, Kall Penn as well as a few other blink and youll miss it cameos from well know actors (and I'm pretty sure Tyron Woodley from the UFC) but looked and felt like a poor midday telemovie. Willis plays a private detective/manchild living in Venice beach and hijinks and about 35 stories sort of start and then don't really go anywhere, I think its meant to be an action/comedy but its not really either. Having said all that I didn't hate it... 6/10

The trailer was enough to make me go WTF, haven’t and won’t be bothered watching it consequently.

Near Dark (1987) - Cool vampire movie. Bit different to your typical vampire movie, good mix of action, comedy & gore. Couple of outstanding scenes, ending a bit weak but still an enjoyable movie. 7/10

71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance (1994)
- Interesting movie from Michael Haneke. 71 scenes about several seemingly unrelated characters. More of a study of violence and a commentary of Austrian life. Quite disturbing & intellectual and the same time, I won't forget the last scene for quite some time. 7/10

Breathless (1960)
- Classic French new wave movie. About a petty criminal on the lam after panicking and murdering a policeman. Very cool movie. 7.5/10
