Indeed they are, however I know a guy who does this to his super skinny jeans and goes to clubs like that.

Weirdest part is this guy smashes some seriously high quality box on regular occasions looking like this

I think this is probably more like what bunsen saw:

It's an 'indie' thing normally worn with these kind of shoes or vans etc. without socks, accompanied with skinny jeans.

It's hard to find picture of it though so I guess that why bunsen used the H&A image. Clearly it's not the same thing as they've only got their jeans rolled up because they're in the water...

Yeah, I know what he's talking about, they're sold as 3/4ish length pants... I was driving in St. Kilda on Sunday night, drove past numerous guys wearing these. Just odd.

The same reason I cringe when I see people wearing a scarf with a singlet, or sunglasses at night. Even a singlet with jeans looks weird.
