Richmond are a better chance for a flag over the next 5 years or so then Carlton.
Carlton looks like the Bullflogs of a couple of years ago. Able to hammer teams below them, but too reliant on soft skilful players to win prelim finals.
Richmond is building a team that just may be able to have a real crack in a couple of year’s time.
As for St Kilda this year? Damned if I know, anywhere from 10th to 1st appears possible.

Their midfield players are aging. Scotland(32) Judd(29), Carrazzo(29), Simpson(29), etc, all getting on. Basically their only youngsters are the small forwards and their No.1 draft picks.

It's not their age so much - some players perform well into their thirties - it's the fact that they've already shown a dramatic decline. Don't even have to mention Judd's fall from grace - but Carrazzo has lost his spark and zip, Scotland has resorted to back flank cheapies and Simpson just isn't that good to begin with.
It's amazing how thin they are in the departments that matter: quality experience and KPPs. The cupboard's bare!

Bloody hell... How far off are the Blooze? We beat them by 64, then Essendon beat us today by 55. And Essendon are a bottom of top 8 at best side.
