I remember at the time, my old man was in Vietnam and us kids and my mum were staying at my grandparents place(they didn't have tv) and my grandfather took us all outside at night and pointed to the moon and asked me if I could see the 'man on the moon', after he explained to me that this time he wasn't talking about the face on the moon like he usually did but that men had flown to the moon in a rocket and had landed and were walking around...it left me in awe...as it would to a nearly 5 year old kid. A few weeks ago, my mother...one of the witnesses to the occasion...expressed her belief that it was all a conspiracy theory and was filmed in a studio somewhere. Memory now shattered
