How does everyone feel about dill?

Dill mayo is great on fish to disguise the nasty fish taste (can only tolerate a couple of kinds of fish).

Umm it' a south american sauce for meat. Basil, garlic, chilli, oregano, red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Really nice on red meats.

A mates Chilean girlfriend put me onto it.
