Gee if you think McLean is the most pathetic excuse of a player ever, then you haven't watched much of Carlton. Carlton players have no Brownlows and very few have Premierships. Does this mean they are all pathetic excuses for players. Gee, bag your own players. So much for being faithful.

Pity. I think if you watch more footy, you'll be able to make more sensible comments. Anyway, you missed a few classic Gibbs evasive passages - one in the forward line where he evaded 3 in heavy traffic, and another in the middle, where he just turned a much more experienced opponent inside out, before delivering to Eddie Betts with a bullet pass using the outside of his boot. Apart from one set-shot fluff, his kicking skills were unbelievable last night - he can clear 50m with ease off one step, but not just that he knows how to kick it to his team-mates advanatge, and get excellent penetration with the kick i.e. fast movement through the air. An amazing footballer.
