He left a lot to be desired as senior coach, and was always going to be moved on as his performance dictated.

Teague was a horrendous coach, there’s no two ways about it.

His winning percentage dropped every single year despite additional senior players added each off-season, the club sat 17th for wins against top 8 clubs, played a cooked Marc Murphy to get him to 300 games (who then decided to call it quits after his milestone match, the snake) and couldn’t coach his way out of a paper bag on game day.

His time was up.

Half a caretaker season, a COVID impacted short season, a full season still dealing with COVID, stuck with all of the old assistants, instability and undermining from the board and still delivered a better W-L than either Hardwick or Clarkson in his first 50 games.

Footy isn’t linear.

Clarkson has maintained he is taking next year off, not much we can do if his hat isn’t in the ring and he’s going to be paid almost a mil regardless.

Day 4 finally closes the Teague saga. Looks like Ross's FC statement last night got the job done, after Clarkson turned them down.

They've had a crack at the hot girl in the corner, upset their missus, but managed to find a new bird to go home with that's a bit hotter than their now-ex.
