Our footy department is so broken at the moment, we have no idea where our list is at. Our poor fitness just highlights the worst attributes of all our players.

Clearly the succession plan came into effect last September and the players prepared accordingly in the preseason. They are a unfit and disinterested group of players.

They traded away their 1st and 2nd rounders in previous drafts and are reliant on youngsters taken late in the draft to become steal of the draft which hasn't turned out. Hinkley has actually overachieved with the list given the players he brought in weren't superstar (outside of JHF) but has left the list in a worst position then when he took over given the constant chasing for the "missing piece" and weren't concern with paying overs in draft capital which has now come back to bite them big time.

The irony. I have defended him and Koch, and its actually been Port supporters who have argued with me, not Crows.

Usually it take us 5 years to rebuild a list to premiership contenders but it took us a few years longer given it was our biggest list turnover ever which was done during the pandemic years and we stuffed up the 2018 and 2019 drafts. However, Nicks isn't the coach to take us forward and hopefully the club see this.

I don't think Ports back line is as bad as most people think. They beat GWS in a low scoring game
