Opinion Where has the club gone wrong?

Does the fact that M Voss joined us at the end of 2014 have anything to do with “where we went wrong?” or is it all on KKK?

I guess because we aren’t as aggressive and sneaky at poaching what we want and need to move forward. Can’t see any of our board members doing similar. It wouldn’t suit Koch’s palm leaf he offers our nemesis.

Choco and primus were hired from within. The one time we did open up to look elsewhere we interviewed all different assistant coaches from other clubs. To think they did wrong or were just screwing us over is pure delusion.

Bucky actually went to Choco at Essendon and told him they wanted him to come to the club to take over from Jack after 2 or 3 years. Not sure if that was truly a selection from inside the club, as a succession plan was put in place when he was coaching elsewhere.
