Funny man J. :)
My right arm finally gave way.........

Using my left hand for day to day stuff has been interesting thus far......

Hopefully i've only got the cast on for about 10 days, as the surgeon has put a plate and pins in my wrist.

Was obviously said with tongue firmly in cheek - hope recovery goes well.

Have had broken bones before and it is certainly not a fun experience but you need to take the necessary precautions to make sure the break heals fully.

My motto throughout life has been "no pain, no gain" - learn from your mistakes and hardships and become a better person for it.

That all being said - try using the other arm now

All good J. :thumbsu:
The physio has given me 6 or so exercises to do to get full movement back into my hand, so I am trying to do these as often as possible. Not to much pain really, it's just the sitting at home not doing much that is not that much fun.

HBF, physio know sh*t

It's all in the mind

Not any of the nurses I had looking after me........

:p

How much fun is it wiping your arse with your left hand  It used to take me about 2 hours and 25 rolls of paper. :D

Sorry
