Where is Motlop the 2nd

Does anyone know what is the current situation with young Danny Motlop. Is he injured? Did he play in the VFL?

He has played in most of the practice runs at VFL level, not sure if he played yesterday against essendon, but I'm sure somebody will chime in with an update soon!

General opinion seems to be that he's not quite ready for the big stuff yet. An article in th age last week had Denis saying that he probably had the most talent of the young recruits but hadn't "come on" as he had hoped.

I'd give him at least half the season in the magoos - he looks terribly thin and there's only so much bulking up you can do so quickly, and some match hardening might help to make up for it.
