Lord his hands, athleticism and timing to jump at the ball (highest point) look good.

He looks like he could be anything, as long as he plays and stays healthy.

Has the same tool kit Hawkins does, maybe even better, only without the years in the game from a young age.

IMO I see Shem as being not dissimilar to the U.S. project players. If it comes to fruition it will be a bonus.

He didn't grow up playing the game & still has soooo much to learn. And I have watched him a few times! I've stood next to him & although he's a fit lad he's not as physically imposing as some make out. At least Heatherley played some consistent footy in Australia in the past few years.

I love the tenacity they both have & Heatherley reminds me of Dustin Fletcher. Maybe it's just his body type! He definitely has more upside.

In saying that I wish them both well knowing they're with our great club. Traditionally if you look at code hoppers then they'll both struggle to play consistent AFL footy. Effectively this is what I see them as.

I qualify this by saying Gaelic footballers aren't code hoppers as their indigenous game has many more similarities to our game than Union or League. Just my opinion!
