What do you feel will happen to Johnson? Started the year very well yet died significantly at the end. What does 2005 hold for him?

Clarke is very lucky to still be there whilst Johnson played all but the last game of the season. His form did taper off a bit but he clearly has the ability (just needs to kick goals when he gets the chance a bit more and improve his disposal by foot).
Clarke on the other hand is one of the worst footballers I have ever seen. Yes he can run, but he's got NO idea where to run or what to do when he gets the footy (which isn't very often). I'm disgusted to see him still on our list.

The Old Dark Navy's said:He's a clearance king which is more than I can say for any of our players bar Kouta. Can still be a vital part of our midfield but needs to demonstrate steady improvement. He is still young too so we need to give him time.
Not saying that the others can't get clearances, just that Brett is a master at it. Maybe his only redeeming skill actually. Plus it is all relative to the game time he gets.BlueBoy83 said:didnt stevens getting get 11 clearances vs port???
i did a comparison of all our midfielders i could think of from this year ... makes for interesting reading.
