What a wasted opportunity!!!


I didn't care who won for the first 3 quarters, and then remembered the west coast/sheedy jacket thing, and was cheering on the bombers expecting to see the great sight of 40000 odd jackets and scarves flying!!! Channel 7 showed a few doing it, but only looked like 2 men and a dog...


That was such a great part of footy history.....Surprised that both sets of fans haven't kept on embracing that as a celebratory gesture...

Although i think i would have preferred frost bite if my side won by a point after being down by 6 goals!!! I would have been waving my scarf like a lunatic


Looks like that tradition has died in the arse....it's a shame.... it's one of my favourite memories of sheeds, and then the west coast fans throwing it back in his face..... All great theatre

Wasnt as good as it used to be but the tradition isnt dead yet.
