O.K folks big year ahead this year with Carlton who should be one of a few big movers this year. How do you think the team will rate seriously.I know their will be some Collingwood,Richmond and Essendon supporters no matter how good they think they are will rate them poor.

Same again, 6th to 10th, they will improve a little bit, but other teams around them will improve more.

How many games Judd (already struggling) and Kreuzer (coming of a knee reco) play may decide if they can sneak into the eight or not.

No chance of top 4 though.

6-8th is about as bad as i can see. Have such scope for improvement on past 2 seasons where they were around this mark. Im tipping 4th. Rucks, Mids, Depth, forwards very good. But need White, Austin, Bower and Jamison to become players down back. The talls they recruited last draft are still a few years off and cant be expected to do much this year, so 2 of the 4 i named need to become much better players. Think Yarran, Garlett, Lucas, Warnock and Henderson will be big improvers. Gibbs and Murhpy need to explode. Waite and Kreazer need to stay fit.

I agree players like Austin need to grap it this year or face the chop. The squad every year is harder to cut.The days of years gone by they had no choice but to give as much years.Austin and Ohailipin and Thornton both need to get form back or their spots will be very limited this year.I think we will only cut/trade or lose a max of 4 or 5 this year.

The point is at least 7 clubs are not way as good as our team on any day. They either years behind in development and skills. No club can magically go bang bang and perform like a good side in a short period of years.Collingwood took nearly 10 years to get that flag after taking a dip for a year or 2 during those grand finals losses. Those bottom 6 clubs pretty much rebuilt from scratch the last couple of years or so.

With recent spate of off-field incidents at Carlton, I selected the poll option of "on the piss" as you put it :thumbsu:
What you talking about the boys have all behaved great no incident. It's going to be a big year wait and see don't even be surprise if they make the grand final. Some people will have egg on their faces when September comes along.Mclean looks really fit and no one seems to be walking around like they visited Hungry Jacks for dinner like previous years

On player ability we should just about win the premiership however I think we are poorly coached.

Collingwood are obvious favourites but the Magpies aside there is not much opposition.

Expect Geelong and St Kilda to slide so positions in the top 4 will open up.
