But my 2 cents worth is 16, 17 or 18, although they have talent for the midfield it is mostly under 50 games and keeping the experience on the park is vital to them. Murphy, Ed Curnow and Kreuzer in the midfield then Thomas and Simpson in defence and apart from that they only have Cripps and Doherty so I think they will have another season of around 4 wins if they keep those guys fit and then if some of the youth have outstanding seasons maybe they can finish 16

Im going to make a bold prediction that they will play up and down all year but improve. I think 14th

Seriously I think this is the year we find out whether the rebuild has worked.

Either Curnow and Weitering and SPS and other will start winning matches for the Blues - or they won’t.

Enough of the kids have played enough games that if they are going to be stars, they should be taking over games this year.

Not to make the 8 - but at least enough to get to 14th or thereabouts.

Alternatively they might sink without trace. Melbourne under Neeld style.

But I reckon it’s more likely they start their push up the ladder this year. 14th ish for me.
