Which clubs have the best training facilities?

Which probably goes to show that spending a whole heap on a flash training pad is overrated.
Agreed but can't really compare the 90's to today.
You would think West coast and Collingwood would be the leaders in this area these days. WA teams probably have to be up there due to being on a plane for hours every second week

I’ve had a full tour of the hangar. It’s great but I expected more tbh considering it was built from scratch. I would expect Swans, Pies and Geelongs to be right up there. I don’t understand how the Roo’s still train at Arden St. I was recently there and there’s nothing to the place

What was in there?
I would expect a full gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa and rehabilitation setups such as massage etc.
I would have thought their would have been high altitude training rooms as well.

Inside the Hangar (footy section), there’s a large indoor training area which has synthetic grass (with sand base). It has a large gym adjacent, lockers etc. it also has a 25m lap pool and a recovery facility which I think has hyperbaric and cold water therapy facilities. It also has other things including seminar / conference rooms, function rooms, hall of fame, merchandise shop. Plus admin on third level.

I've been to a lot of the clubs facilities through my working life, visited the Crows one earlier in the week which is currently in construction phase. Can confirm their facility will be the best by a mile just ahead of Hawthorn & Brisbane. All the clubs that have relocated are getting a bigger site plan to build on. All the clubs that are building where they previously are/were are obviously restricted with what they can do size wise.

I believe some of the NFL stadiums have quite well equipped medical facilities including xray, MRI and CT scanning machines

We aren’t at that point yet but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time
believe some of the big US college's also have this equipment for there football program.

Carlton have a imaging centre including MRI, x ray etc at Ikon park

Wow that’s actually quite impressive, especially given its also utilised as a commercial asset as another revenue stream for the club

Could also come in handy to avoid those door stop interviews the media love when they camp outside the epworth to get a scoop on an un announced injury issue

Ours has 3 phases with the first phase completed. If it gets finished the way it's intended to I would find it hard to believe Adelaide's is going to be "miles" better, have you noticed the amount of land we actually purchased?
