Every Club:
Mackenzie, Yeo, Hurn, Rosa, Darling, Kennedy, Naitanui, LeCras, Selwood, Shuey, Glass

Most Clubs:
Brown, Masten, Bennell, Waters, Gaff, Sheppard, Priddis

Half the clubs:

Roughly in order of for sure.
1. Mackenzie - My AA full back atm
2. Hurn - Would be HBF on every team
3. Naitanui - Would be number 1 ruck at every team except freo atm. And he is much better than Z clarke
4. Lecras - No team has 2 forward pockets better than him, and even if they did he would be put on the HFF
5. Shuey - Wouldn't make on ball but would at least make a HFF on every team.
6. Kennedy - Hardest team for him to crack would be sydney but they would drop reid and play 3 giants up forward
7. Priddis - Every team but maybe sydney, he would be very useful for any team with outside run eg hawks.
8. Darling - I feel he is good enough every team would find a spot for him somewhere up forward.

Think that is it.

Which teams do you think the following players would not make...

Hurn - Would make every best 22
Mackenzie - I thought Hawks at first, but he'd probably squeeze out Schoenmakers. So, every 22.
Naitanui - Any team sitting pretty with a one ruck setup would be a chance to not play him straight away if on their list. Port? Crows? He obviously wouldn't displace Lobbe or Jacobs. It's fair to say though that they might change their setup to accommodate him. Also, think of the marketing potential! :p
Cox - Come on, he's got old and has been in/out of our team with 'soreness'. At the moment, most Eagles fans say he's not even in our best 22. So, there's one team he wouldn't make - us (also, Port, Crows).
Le Cras - Again, he was one I was a little unsure about. Only possible is Sydney as their fwd line works a treat (he wouldn't get a run in their mids) with McGlynn, Parker, Goodes, Jetta complementing the KPFs. But, being fair, it is more than likely he would get a run there. So, every 22.
Kennedy - Sydney (also, think of the confusion it would cause)
Yeo - Don't think he would "walk" into the hawk's backline with the likes of Hodge, Suckling, Birchall, Mitchell etc
Priddis - Any team that has a player who can get clearances + do one other thing well. Which is most teams.
Shuey - Sydney, Pies, Cats, Hawks, Freo
Waters (fit) - But he's not fit and is constantly injured. No durability. Even if fit, might not make the Hawks. I could see a few clubs playing him in the seconds to prove his body is up to it, wouldn't walk in to the 22.
Selwood - As above for Shuey, maybe add Port. Particularly not for Freo as they have Crowley.

They would all be walk up starts to any club. Remember, the quality of a club often enhances the performances of a player. Just because Selwood is having a down year, it does not mean he would not be a valued contributor at, say, Hawthorn.
I agree that the quality of a club will tend to enhance the performance of a player, but that doesn't mean that a serviceable/decent player (e.g. Selwood) coming from a poorly performing club (e.g. us) to a club in premiership contention (e.g. Freo, Hawks, Sydney) would immediately get a run just because they assume he'll get better due to those around him being better players.

But yours and the other responses have forced me to think through this and I've gone from 1 (Hurn) to 3 (Hurn, EMac, Lecras). So that's something at least.

EDIT - My responses are in your post above (in bold)

He isn't even a walk up start in our team at the moment.
Neither is Natanui if you really want to talk form, but Wellingham is an outside mid. The club is expecting him to become something he is not. We all know how capable he is when he is working with a decent midfield. Hardly his fault he is running around with the likes of Priddis, Selwood and Masten.
Some guys are what they are. Maybe he could work a bit harder?? But I am not going to question his work ethic because for all I know he is busting his gut.
Ebert has done much better since leaving us, Wellingham has done worse since coming to us.
Maybe just maybe there could be something in that??
Anyway its my view Wellingham would play first 22 at every club.

Based mainly on output this year (form, consistency, durability, skill), which of our players do you think would walk into any club's best 22?

I can think of only one definite - Shannon Hurn.

Coming very close would be Lecras and McKenzie, but I couldn't say either of them with 100% confidence. Lecras has dropped off a touch recently, certainly he has had better seasons, and it's slightly harder for EMac due to the limited number of available spots in any given side for a KPD (for example, the Hawks wouldn't take him if Gibson, Lake and Schoenmakers were all fit and firing).

If this were 2012 I might have included Nicnat, but he is too inconsistent this season and can't take a grab to save himself (a ruckman averaging 1.4 marks a game? Even with everything else he contributes, come on).

Am I missing anyone? Please tell me I am.
Schoenmakers is garbage.

Naitanui wouldn't get a game at Freo apparently

FWIW I agree that the performance of the club greatly enhances some players worth. Des Headland was no-where near the same player at Fremantle after leaving Brisbane, mainly because of his style of play.

I think we have 6.
Hurn (every team, current position)
EMac (every team, current position)
NicNat (almost all teams in current position, rest would rejig their lineup to accommodate)
LeCras, Kennedy, Darling (most teams in current position, talent suggests other teams would rejig their lineup to accommodate as they would displace someone on the interchange bench at worst)

Others like Shuey, Gaff, Priddis, Selwood, Masten, Rosa wouldn't make the cut at every club. Many of those wouldn't even make the cut at 1/2 of clubs. Can't even single out who would be the closest overall as it would depend on the team. Possibly Shuey overall, but given 2013-4 form, Priddis followed by Rosa :p.
Yeo is probably the closest omission. Might be in the above list from next year
Waters 2012 would obviously have made it but he's been injured since so no chance. Cox/Wellingham also no chance (aren't even making our 22 every week at the moment)
