Which Players Were you Surprised Didn't Make It?

Each year there are players whose flame burnt out what would have been a promising career.

So which players were you surprised that their careers burnt out either through form, injury or a combination of the two?

Random one for Hawks fans... Beau Dowler.

2009 when we beat them at the end of the year, they had Buddy and Roughy out and he played as pretty much a lone key forward. He looked a good sized, quality, natural forward for such a young player, think he kicked a few two weeks in a row.

Top 5 pick too. Barely played again.

Mark Williams played over 100 games and kicked almost 250 goals. Certainly wasn't a star but had a (much) better than average career.
