Trying to follow the logic of that comment. Is it as simple as "hmm what's Choco doing now? Oh he's a development coach at Melbourne. They're a bit shit, so he must be a bit shit too.

He was also a dev coach there 4 years ago when they won a premiership, and after he was a dev coach at Richmond for 4 years, they won 3 premierships over the next 4 years. You could say "look, he leaves and they go bang", but development takes time, clearly he was a part of their success.

We will have to agree to disagree. Chuck Werribee (VFL ) in to the mix. He must be of Ancient Roman descent, wherever he goes, ruin is left behind. Sorry, but I can't agree he is a good development coach. The only thing he ever developed was a chubby every time he saw Tredrea. He put the final coat of paint on the house that Jack built, but once those players all retired or moved on, the roof caved in. Back on topic of the thread, the move needs to be made now as many have said.
