Which Track is better Sandown or the Meadows???

Which Greyhound track is better Sandown or The Meadows,
I think Waverley Should also be used for Greyhound racing, someone in the hearld-sun suggested it should be used for a Harness track But I beleive that its too small for that and a dog track would be better,
