Doesn't work like that. Melbourne's is an even forward line. You could argue that Pickett or Ben Brown are more dangerous or damaging up forward. But for the dogs, he's the only threat. He can also play in the backline. Can any of the dees forwards do that? Nope. What other gun forwards have AA calibre skills in the backline?

Your rationale for Naughton being top 10 was that he's the "most dangerous forward in what might be the best team in the comp".

I don't think that makes any case at all.

Does the same rationale hold true for Melbourne's most dangerous forward? Melbourne might be the best team in the comp. So is Melbourne's most dangerous forward also in the top 10? Or does your rationale only apply to Naughton?

He's not even top 10 for goals this year FFS. He didn't even lead the Bulldogs' goal-kicking. He's a wonderful young player but top 10 in the comp is an obvious stretch. You've got him above Big Maxy Gawn!
