Good call MDone way of approaching this question, who's ****up decisions affect the club the most?
There are two answers to that:
1) the CEO, he has the greatest range of decisions to be made and everyone answers to him.
2) everyone, it doesn't matter who you are as a link in the chain of command or management anyone can stuff the teams chances of success, the only difference is the ease of replacing the knucklehead.
However another way of contemplating this is to consider the nature of decision making, then the most important people become those that can make the best decision with the least amount of information while under the most pressure and get it right while respecting their range of responsibility and the interpersonal dynamics at the club.
