who could do a 'Bailey Williams' next year?

If we lose Dunkley do we throw Williams in the midfield and subsequently give Richards a role in the backline? If we play Richards behind the ball he is a strong chance to come on in a big way.
Always rated Williams ahead of Dunkley, who though good, cannot play as an outside mid.

Williams is a great kick, is pretty quick as well as being big enough to play as an inside mid. He also kicks goals.

Essendon should have targeting Williams imo, but you can’t credit them as being overly smart given their recent recruiting history.

Essendon should be targeting Charlie Constable from the cats, a very gettable player who is ideally suited to that big inside mid role.
