That's three years mate.
Actually, four.

Back to us - we won 2 in 2013, 4 in 2014, 7 in 2015, 10 in 2016, and 8 from 13 in 2017.

2016 is now irrelevant. We didn't have Hibberd in 2016, or Hannan, who's a revelation, or a 2017 version Oliver, or Lewis, plus there's been maturity to a host of players, including Petracca, Oscar McDonald, Hunt, Salem, etc. Garlett is in career best form.

Anyway mate, I know you're a bit excitable, so I'll leave it. You can assume we're the flaky side from year's past and not the one that has won the third most quarters for the year. And 6 more than Geelong.

Port are either the worst team in the comp (v essendon) or best team (v hawthorn, first half) in the comp depending on their mindset. Not sure that they can string 4 finals together against good teams so i think they'll need top 4 to have a shot.

Gws should rightly be favourites given their position relative to injuries.

Adelaide need to get their mojo back, not sure what has happened to them tbh. They've become a slightly better version of port since we beat them.

Geelong and the dogs are weird. Neither look particularly good but you don't really know.

Richmond are richmond, won't finish top 2 and I can't see them winning an away final unless it's the cats at the G or something.

Melbourne are my darkhorse. Starting to get their shit together and winning in perth with a number of their best players out will give the group a huge amount of confidence. Really pleased for them.

Sydney; well who knows. They have more resilience than any other team in the league and at their best they will beat everyone. If they can continue their current form and get a home final in week one then i think they have a huge shot, especially if they play geelong or adelaide after the first week.

I had Adelaide but I am changing to GWS.
Slowly but surely as the finals approach they should be getting a few players back from injury so I think they'll be cherry ripe to launch hard at September.
Got Sydney as my smokey

How do you see the Dees going?
I would have them along with the Swans as smokies.

We can lose three and still make it. As you pointed out you've got many stars, should be an easy kill for you.

I think you're a goid chance to make it but I would have thought two means percentage and other results don't matter. Everyone seens to think it will be a low bar because it's even this year. Lowest bar is years like 2008 when the top 4 clears out I think.

I rekon demons are a good chance .
I like their current form as well - wins against Eagles and Crows away are a good sign and even losses they'd regret (North and Freo) were close. No one seems to have whacked them. That said their best chance remains getting in top 4 as I think winning outside top 4 will still be tough - in saying that I'm neither saying Dogs doing it last year was a fluke nor something so great it can't be replicated just that I think it will ultimately prove a rarity rather than a turning point when sides regularly started winning from 5-8. If they do get in - and 4th is up for grabs - their current form would stand up well in an MCG final I think.

At this stage my fav is GWS. Who will they play? At this stage I think it will be GWS and Melbourne. Two teams who without a doubt have the best young brigade in the business.

Can the dees do what the Doggies did last year? They have a talent not many weaknesses and when in fire score very quickly like gws. The one advantage they do have over the giants is the MCG factor as it's their home ground but can they cope with the pressure as pretty much the whole state of Victoria would be right behind them like the Doggies last year and break a 53 year premiership drought

Id rather port win it, thats how insufferable geelong fans on BF are.
Dont worry. They are not going to win it unless all games moved to SS and umpires careful to keep scott his 9/10 record on winning under 6 points. We played average against them and nearly beat em at home. Plus they have Guthrie

We'll win it. Only been 1 game from 13 that we weren't a chance to win in the last minute of the game. No other team has done that. I think we'll find another tall forward during the remainder of the season.

You haven't shown you're able to win close games consistently to be a flag threat.
