the only ones i have heard were that des headland and mal michael did really well.

Does anyone know how Martin pike went?

Jonothan Brown obviously impressed Matthews the other day. He indicated tonight that he sees Browny holding down the CHF position this year, that he is ready, both physically and mentally.

At last some football !

BTW, I watched the Pies / Saints match with some interest to see how Jarrod and Brett went. I thought the Saints were REALLY bad and looked all over the place. Brett certainly got the ball alot but coughed it up a number of times. I thought Jarrod played very well -in the context of making something happen when nothing looks like it will. He just threw himself around ( all familiar stuff to Lions fans ) collected that ugly BarryHall and basically beat him, and gave Elliot a broken collerbone. He didn't look any slimmer but he'll go done well at Pieland - cult hero stuff. And O'Bree did well too. In fact the Pies weren't too bad but it was hard to tell as the opposition was incoherent.
