Last time I drank was Grand Final Day two years ago. Hangovers have been getting worse with age so I took it easy (12 beers over 8 hours) & still woke up the next day hungover throwing up. I haven't had a sip of alcohol since.

I had a funeral last week. No spirits to change up on the tab so when I got home, dropped 2 panadol, 2 nurofen and one litre of bed. Seems to work the best so far.

How bad is that? I hate heartburn. Also can't take a hangover, I always get a horrible hangover when I have a session. Grumpy, tired, pressure headache, nausea. It's always been bad, never got worse with age.

I actually haven't drunk for a while and don't intend to for as long as I can hold off. Got to try and lose 5-8kg.

Beer and brisket is a disaster
