The club started the year believing we were contenders for a flag.

They were wrong.

Who should resign tomorrow?

Nobody is accountable because we cannot change the board. The gravy train is there for the sycophants and the social climbers to play at being a footy club and give jobs to mediocre people with mediocre ideas.

Whoever is sacked will be replaced by a mate or someone that says what they want to hear.

Contenders...yeah, close to. If you name our best 22, how far away from the best teams??
But on game plan and selection, yes, I believe we drop a few pegs, sadly.
If we had confidence, pressure on selection, dropped ur eyes, played as a team, had hunger... yes, contenders with the list we have.

Disagree, we were never contending this year. We misread the capacity of our list, the 'turn around' that old men would make, and our capacity to rebound.

This was a list that needed to be turned over.

Its not solely whether they make a difference, although I'd argue they wouldn't do worse.

They need to be played and form rewarded.

We do draft well, the development of players is good too, you only have to look at the rate we develop low picks.

We just aren't a BRAVE club.
